Description

BakerTop™, along with their accessories, make it possible to create BAKING STATIONS for the production pastry and baked goods. BakerTop™ ovens make it possible to cook: puff pastry, sponge cakes, biscuits, choux, pastry, croissants, pizza, focaccia bread, panettone cakes and leavened goods.

BakerTop™,  is equipped with a digital control panel with possibility to pre-set specific cooking programs. The BakerTop™ oven uses a system of direct water injection and the Dry-Maxi system for control of the humidity and drying of the products.
